Refund & Cancellation Policy

Draft — last updated July 2026. Written to align with Indian consumer protection rules for edtech advertising and services; consult counsel before relying on it for launch.

1. Cooling-off period

You may cancel any Single Track or Hub Pass enrolment within 7 days of payment, provided you have not attended more than one live session or accessed more than 20% of the recorded content, for a full refund.

2. Refund schedule after the cooling-off period

3. Cohort transfers

Instead of a refund, you may request a one-time transfer of your seat to the next available cohort of the same track, at no extra cost, up to 2 weeks after your original cohort starts.

4. Hub Pass (annual) cancellations

Hub Pass refunds are prorated based on unused months remaining, minus one month as an administrative fee, provided fewer than 2 individual tracks have been completed.

5. Campus / Team plans

Refund terms for Campus/Team plans are set out in the individual institutional agreement signed with IntelliTrain.

6. How to request a refund

Email admissions@intellitrainlh.in with your registered email and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days.

7. Non-refundable items

Payment gateway convenience fees, and any physical merchandise or hardware kits shipped as part of a course, are non-refundable once dispatched.
